A | 中新网上海8月20日电 (杨海燕李秋莹何宝新)近日，2026年第13号台风“白海豚”影响上海。中船七〇四所利用这一窗口期，在长兴岛园区对新一代船用旋筒风帆进行了实景综合性能测试验证，取得成功。　　长兴岛地处长江入海口，是台风影响的重要区域。七〇四所成立现场指挥部，依据崇明气象台信息研判天气趋势，组织安全、技术和生产人员评估现场风险，校核载荷数据，加固结构部件，制定专项测试方案和应急预案，落实防护和应急保障措施。　　测试期间，现场持续进行状态监测和数据采集，重点跟踪旋转体、支撑机构、智能控制系统及制动装置等关键部件。经过48小时连续数据收集，直径5米、高25.5米的旋筒风帆各系统运行稳定，设备响应正常，监测数据均在设计允许范围内，结构受力、抗风稳定性和控制性能达到预期目标，验证了其在复杂恶劣气象条件下的运行能力。
